Talent Search
Our sourcer specializes in conducting advanced searches within your industry to compile a list of top-tier candidates. We utilize various platforms to source talent, including social networks, specialized websites, and job boards. Additionally, a sourcer may leverage referrals to identify exceptional candidates.

Screening and Shortlisting
During the selection of candidates, we conduct a preliminary screening to evaluate them based on Key Result Areas (KRAs), compensation package, job title, job location, and other relevant details. Our team of consultants personally interviews each candidate to assess their competencies.

Interviewing
After the initial screening and validation, we forward the candidate for a client interview, allowing the client to directly evaluate their capabilities and potential.

Evaluation and Offer of Employment
The final phase of the process is the negotiation and onboarding phase, where we discuss the salary package, joining date, and offer letter. Additionally, we continue to nurture our relationship with both the client and the selected candidate to ensure a seamless integration into the organization.
